1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@graceskintechnology.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and confirm whether your item is eligible.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases where the return is due to our error).
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@graceskintechnology.com, providing your order number and photos of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund (including postage) as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not routinely offered. If you would like a different product, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order through the shop.
