1. Introduction

Made with Grace Aesthetics provides professional skin, beauty and aesthetics treatments, along with selected training courses and product sales. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both the clinic and our clients. By booking an appointment, enrolling on a course, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

We are committed to inclusivity and welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, ages (18+), ethnicities, abilities and faiths. Discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.


 

2. Booking & Payments

All appointments must be booked online.

To secure an appointment, payment details are required. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Failure to attend without 48 hours’ notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

Stored card details may be charged at the end of a treatment or in the event of late cancellation.

Full payment is due immediately after each treatment. We accept card, BACS transfer and exact cash.


 

3. Payment Plans

Our payment plans make it easier to enjoy a full course of treatments. By joining a plan, you agree to:

Eligibility: Available on selected treatments for clients aged 18+.

Schedule: Payments are taken on agreed dates.

Missed Payments: Treatments are paused until the account is up to date. Repeated late payments may result in cancellation.

Early Cancellation: Discounts are forfeited. Any treatments already taken will be charged at full price, and the remaining balance becomes immediately payable.

Outstanding Balances: Must be paid in full. Late fees may apply.


 

4. Training Courses

Payment for all in-person training must be made 48 hours prior to the start date.

Places are non-transferable without prior agreement.


 

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancelling within 48 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited, and the remaining balance may be charged.

Missed appointments are charged in full.

Rescheduling requires a new booking and deposit.

Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Body contouring packages: missed sessions will be deducted from your course.


 

6. Special Treatments (Body Contouring)

The consultation form serves as a binding contract to begin your treatment course.

Payment plans for body contouring are non-cancellable. If breached, the remaining balance is immediately payable.

Trust is at the heart of these agreements; breaches may result in legal action.


 

7. Arrival & Attendance

Please arrive on time. The door will be opened 2 minutes before your appointment.

Late arrival may mean part of your treatment is shortened. More than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation and full charges.

Children and animals are not permitted for safety reasons.


 

8. Health & Safety

If you feel unwell, please reschedule. Deposits may be held but will be reviewed case by case.

Clients must complete all mandatory consultation forms before treatment.

Hygiene and safety are paramount; please follow your practitioner’s instructions throughout your treatment.


 

9. Clinic Etiquette

Phones may only be used before your treatment to share reference photos.

Please avoid distractions (calls, texting, rummaging in handbags) during treatments as this can affect results.

Clients may request a silent service at the time of booking if they prefer quiet throughout their treatment.


 

10. Repairs & Results

No refunds are given for change of mind, breakages or lifting.

Regular maintenance appointments (every 2–4 weeks, depending on the service) are recommended to maintain results.

It is the client’s responsibility to rebook future appointments in good time.


 

11. Age Requirements

Treatments and training are only available to clients aged 18+.

Proof of age may be requested.


 

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including but not limited to:

Frequent cancellations or lateness.

Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other clients.


 

13. Failure to Pay

Invoices not settled by the due date may incur a 10% late fee.

Debts over £100 may be registered with a credit provider after 30 days.

You are liable for any solicitor or legal fees incurred in debt recovery.
